Η ιστορία της Απόλαυσης ξεκινά πριν από 38 χρόνια, που στα λιγοστά του τραπέζια, φιλοξενεί προσωπικότητες και γράφει ιστορία στα γαστρονομικά δρώμενα.Η γιαγιά των σημερινών ιδιοκτητών, μαγείρευε καθημερινά ελληνικά φαγάκια και έψηνε ντόπια κρέατα και θαλασσινά, έξω στην αυλή του.Σήμερα η Απόλαυση είναι ένα κομψό εστιατόριο, άνετο, με προσεγμένο φωτισμό και κλιματισμό, δημιουργώντας τις καλύτερες προϋποθέσεις για ένα απολαυστικό, σωστό γεύμα.
